Rafa Torres is founding partner of Globalitas, a Marbella-based law firm, where he leads legal advisory services for both national and international real estate and investment transactions.

He holds a Law degree from the University of Seville and is a qualified practicing lawyer in Spain, with over 20 years of experience on the Costa del Sol. He specializes in real estate law, investment law, civil and commercial law, with a strong track record in structuring, negotiating, and closing complex transactions.

Throughout his career, he has advised investors, developers, and private clients, delivering strategic legal solutions aimed at maximizing legal security and the profitability of each transaction.
